Throughout the year, Bounty will give families the chance to celebrate the relationship between dads and daughters with the Bounty’s Promise: Apple of My Eye Getaway Contest. Bounty is searching for dads and daughters to win all-expense paid trips to New York City and a prize package. The prize package includes VIP tickets to the Daddy’s Promise Dance; a dining experience and a Bounty cooking demonstration at B. Smith’s restaurant in New York’s theater district; a father & daughter salon visit; afternoon tea at the American Girl Boutique and Bistro; a shopping spree; air and ground transportation; and hotel accommodations in Manhattan.
Moms and loved ones can visit bountyspromise.com to nominate their favorite father and daughter duo by submitting a photo of their father and daughter and including a caption (50 words or less) telling Bounty why the special dad and daughter deserves to win the Bounty’s Promise contest.

Will Downing
In 2003, the song “Beautiful to Me” appeared on soul man Will Downing’s “Emotions” CD.
The tune was written for his daughter. Always positive, the singer wanted to lend his solidarity to our initiative.
He thought the song would be the perfect accompaniment to the project.
“With this song, I wanted to show the special feeling I and many fathers have for their daughters. Daddy’s Promise is doing the same and I wanted to give my support by way of song!”

John Holyfield
Renowned artist John Holyfield created our logo. He is one of today’s most gifted and prominent painters. Avid art collectors seek his admired works, including classics like “Blessings” and “Entertainers.” His unique work had gained him a legion of fans.
Last year McDonald’s commissioned the use of one of his recent works “Soul Clap” for a major advertising campaign.
Holyfield’s art is known for its warm feeling and the artist says that is what he wanted to capture in creating “Daddy’s Promise.”
“I wanted to show the warmth, love, strength and caring that is all part of a relationship between a father and his daughter.”
